We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

 

Customized Returns

  • Please be aware that once you place an order for a personalized item, our production process commences immediately so we can not accept cancellations for custom orders.
  • Because personalized items are tailored specifically for you, we are unable to accommodate returns for them. Your personalized jewelry is uniquely crafted to your preferences.  

    Defective or Damaged Products
    We kindly ask that you get in touch with us within 7 days, please send images to support@zaprilia.com to be reviewed. Your satisfaction is our top priority, if approved, we will arrange a replacement order for you or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.

     

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by customer.  In the event of such incident, we will verify and provide confirmation of delivery, including delivery date, tracking details, and the shipping carrier's information.
