Defective or Damaged Products
We kindly ask that you get in touch with us within 7 days. Please send images or a video to support@zaprilia.com to be reviewed. Your satisfaction is our top priority; if approved, we will arrange a replacement order for you or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer. In the event of such an incident, we will verify and provide confirmation of delivery, including the delivery date, tracking details, and the shipping carrier's information.
