The delivery times may vary depending on your place of residence.

  • Estimated Arrival: 6–18 Working Days.

Please note that in some remote areas, deliveries may take a bit longer, but rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you!

Be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as incorrect shipping addresses, adverse weather conditions, rigorous customs procedures, or other unavoidable factors, can occasionally extend delivery times.

To minimize any potential delays, please provide a contact phone number during the checkout process.  This way, our carriers can swiftly address any issues that may arise during delivery.  Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds for items shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.  To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, double-check that the address you provide is correct.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you place an order for multiple items, it's possible that they will be dispatched individually to expedite delivery.  This is done based on warehouse locations and product availability.  Our aim is to get your items to you as quickly as possible.  Consequently, in such cases, you will receive two or more tracking numbers.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout.  After the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin processing.
